When I’m not feeling 100 percent, a bit down, a bit sad and uneasy— I like to listen to throwback slow jams. Some Boyz II Men, Mariah Carey, Shai and so on. I just kick back, listen, think and maybe shed a few tears. For me personally, it helps a lot. It may not be as helpful as venting it all out but it does ease my well being a bit.
